Sake	1	Part
Simple Syrup	1	Splash
Cucumber

Directions

1. Muddle cucumber in the bottom of shaker. 2. Add vodka, sake and simple syrup over ice. 3. Shake. 4. Strain into cocktail glass. 5. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
